Hello, everyone!

As I've just recently graduated from Hartwick College with my bachelor's and am off to tackle the next phase of my life, I decided that it may be a good idea to start a blog so that I can indirectly, and hopefully directly to some extent, keep in touch with you! I have a feeling that I may not be too good at this "open journal" thing, I am excited to be able to provide an update as to what I'm busy doing every once in a while.

I will be living in Burlington, VT this summer and working for the LANDS Stewardship Internship where I should be spending lots of time outdoors working on land management projects in an incredible area with a team of other students and then I am off to graduate school at the University of New Hampshire in the fall! I should have plenty to write about so, until then, you should think about getting a blog, too!
